Set up your clinic
Six short steps. You can stop and come back — nothing is lost. Needs signal.
1 · Clinic & first facility
Your brand on the app and result sheets (optional, 1 minute)
Shows on sign-in, every page header, the local result sheet and the facility portal. You can change it any time in Owner / Admin → Brand.
Facility where you screen
The results email matters: Day Close sends the official PDFs there. You can add more facilities later in Owner / Admin.
2 · Screeners & sign-in PINs
Each person gets an email + a 4–8 digit PIN. Screeners get a seal counter and appear on the calendar. The owner is you.
Tell each person their email + PIN in person, not by group chat. They sign in at the app's Sign in screen with the Clinic ID shown in the checklist.
3 · Seal range
Type the first and last seal number from the NHSRC pad you hand to each screener. The app assigns them one by one and never skips.
4 · Connect ENNHSR
Your facility's own ENNHSR login. The server keeps it encrypted and uses it only to sync your babies. Nothing is sent until the owner switches live sync on.
5 · Connect Google Drive & Gmail
The clinic's own Google account: result PDFs are filed in its Drive, emails go out from its Gmail, and the nightly backup lands in its Drive. SynQRx never sees this account's data.
A Google window opens. Pick the clinic account, allow Drive + Gmail, then come back here and press Next.
6 · Readiness checklist
Green = ready. Amber = works, but worth fixing. Red = the app will refuse until fixed.
Done? Open the app from the home screen, sign in, and lock your facility. Live sync to the registry is switched on by the owner after the acceptance afternoon.
